Ah, the joys of running a blog where you have to feature a new cartoon every week... Some days you run short on material and have to post something of a bit lower quality than usual, like this thing here. No, what's important about this picture is what it represents: This was made by something close in at least mentality to a confused kid, finding fascination in the nude body. This is perfectly natural and, when you can't find nude cartoon girls and have some artistic ability, you tend to create them and put them in any situation you can, logic be darned. In essence, this picture proves that there is a sense of repression caused by animation being so consistently cowardly towards young female nudity, and the sooner we rectify this repression, the better for all of us.
This guy may very well be one of my favorite loli artists for one simple reason: his anatomy. He has a particular way of drawing lolis that is very "cartoony", which in my eyes is good at dissolving sexuality and making them seem more cute. That this pic is a funny swimsuit mishap picture makes it all the better. Just watch out, this could be you!

I love talking about The Powerpuff Girls on this blog. The mere fact that the animator's weren't cowards means there's a lot of potential for humorous nude situations involving these girls, and no one really seemed to mind until this whole thing became a big deal.
Case in point, at one point, Persil, a brand of detergent sold in the United Kingdom, ran a special promotion with Cartoon Network and Powerpuff Girls in early 2002 to have the Girls appear on boxes of Persil, with a bunch of PPG stickers included as well. It's easy to plan the examples out when I've got the first two shows decided, and have done a "How Do We Do It" on the show already. Anyway, here we have Lisa Simpson in a rarely seen moment of embarrassment. It's got that pose like I was talking about last time, and a nice expression that shows this isn't a common situation for her. I post a lot of art like this that's hard to find and deleted. There's a reason the folder of stuff is called an "archive"!

We're back to Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi, since I just did a fanfic based on that show which you can find over on Inkbunny. I'll give it some illustrations later and maybe one day we can read along on the blog when the pictures are done.
Like I said before, I definitely believe the animators thought their versions of Ami and Yumi were sexy, given all the stuff they had them doing and wearing. Case in point, in two separate episodes, the girls (or at least Ami in the pictured episode "Helping Hand") step out of some kind of bath, and are seen wearing a towel. I really had to go prying from my files to get this one. Fact is, we're in a position where we're starting to run out of suitable material. This one is even cropped to hide R-rated lolis.
As for why I picked this one, it's easy to see when you look at it. First, there's the face, nice and shy with a great expression and a fine blush. Then there's the pose. I was introduced to this pose by Seiryuga's Nano Dance series, and it seems to be what certain sources use when they depict a little girl covering her shame. It's a nice pose, very cute and very expressive.
After proudly displaying this on my Inkbunny, I thought today's role reversal should be the remake of the Billy and Mandy Dumb Luck pic. Now with closer resemblance to the original and with a more accurate anatomy!
I won't need to talk about Dexter's Lab until... a while now, I think? So I'm just going to post this picture here while I still can. It's a good pic, though: nice and cute, a shared moment of closeness between a brother and sister. Although this could just be caused by one of Dexter's experiments backfiring and Dee Dee being caught in it...

There's certain ways specific parts of the body are drawn to accentuate their attractiveness and sex appeal. The most prominent of them is the nipple; there's a certain way they're drawn on women in anime and adult drawings to make it look even more attractive. Well, here we find a male sporting the female design, just to see what it'd look like. I wonder if the corresponding girl just has a pair of dark circles...
It's that time again! Let's reverse some roles for a time when a female character got naked and do the same to a male. You know you love it!
This scene comes from an episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It's that show everyone loves except the people that don't. Anyway, today's pic reverses a scenario from the episode "Make New Friends But Keep Discord". In that episode, Rarity's dress gets slimed by a green slime monster called The Smooze, the monster eating up the gems on her fancy party dress. Discord, the resident trickster and the guy who invited Smoozey to begin with, vacuums up Rarity's smooze-covered dress. And, in a move common to cartoons, she covers with her forelegs and scuttles off.
So for this one, I happened upon a render of the same thing happening to Spike, the cute little boy dragon and Rarity's secret admirer. With careful editing of the screenshot to remove Rarity, we can place Spike in the whole thing and see how it works. If a girl like Rarity can get her clothes sucked away and no one minds, then why is it such a drama bomb when the same thing happens to a boy instead? Kids won't care!

Shy boys are best boys, and that's what makes this picture so great. He's got a great expression, for one, with nice squinting eyes and a cute sheepish smile that says that things didn't quite go according to plan. Also, the fact that he has one leg lifted is just so adorable and adds to his embarrassment. Pics like this are prime reasons why we need more cute boy nudity in cartoons. Girls can't hog all of it!
Today's subject is an essay, an essay on how hypocritical mods have made it hard to find good material. Today we're talking about one of the biggest art repositories on the internet: DeviantArt.
Kids of all ages browse DeviantArt, and it is there where they find some of their first fanart. Websites like these are usually the first place someone would go to find art based off their favorite cartoons, aside from just checking out Google Images, but then, that site also shows art from DeviantArt on a regular basis. I think kids stumbling across fanart is a good thing; it expands the tools available to them and shows them that they're not limited by what the show offers them.
Now, DeviantArt used to be okay with naked little girls. Some of my first nude lolis I found over there, and they were just safe enough to be a good place to be. DeviantArt has this thing called a Mature Content Filter to block the worst results from kids, and in some cases they restrict art to people 18 and up. Therefore, sometimes nudity both innocent and gratuitous can be found behind one of these filters. They can hide a variety of things besides that, like graphic violence and swearing alongside "ideologically sensitive material" which includes suffering and Nazis, stuff like that.

I had a bit of a tough time choosing today's pic. Fortunately, I have one now, and it's a cute one. It looks like this girl decided to save time on bathing her pet and herself and combine them into one. Giving animals a bath can be fun, and this one manages to combine it with a child in the bath which is always fun. Though, I'd be careful around that cat if I were you...

In this case, it's based off an episode that used the classic Charlie Brown "speeding baseball leaves character in undies" gag, only with a little more nudity and a lot more object censors. The 80's in the world of anime saw a lot of influence from Mobile Suit Gundam. One of the ways it did so was by inspiring Sunrise, the studio that made Gundam to create series similar to it, like Fang of the Sun Dougram and Armored Trooper VOTOMS. Today's case comes from another of these Gundam knockoffs, Panzer World Galient.
In this case, we have a girl, Chiruru, trying to create a distraction. She's playing a sleepwalking girl who apparently sleeps nude, and while this is happening the boy of similar age is out stealing a giant robot that's patrolling the area. Once captured, Chiruru jumps for joy, then covers herself upon remembering she's naked.
You can tell that Chiruru's not being used sexually because the camera doesn't portray her as such. Full-body shots tend to diffuse sexual content since it's not focusing on a specific part of the body, and when they do focus on her it's usually when her head is in view.
