This is perfectly natural and, when you can't find nude cartoon girls and have some artistic ability, you tend to create them and put them in any situation you can, logic be darned. In essence, this picture proves that there is a sense of repression caused by animation being so consistently cowardly towards young female nudity, and the sooner we rectify this repression, the better for all of us.
